  • Over 30 hours of structured content and coaching delivered by experts including professional cycling coaching, emotional and physical health and wellbeing, personal leadership and performance, exercise prescription and healthy lifestyle, Yoga and more...

  • Accommodation (3 nights - Thursday to Saturday - and late checkout on Sunday)

  • All Meals, evening drinks (Beer and Wine) and ride supplements

  • Professional Physical and Emotional Health Screening

  • Exclusive and tailored workshops with guest coaches.

  • 4 x Supported Group Rides (sag wagon and mechanical support provided) with on and off-road ride options and fundamental skills coaching.

  • Daily Yoga, guided meditation, massage and personal training sessions available.

  • Daily access to expert coaches and experienced support crew with 100+ years of combined professional and lived experience in what we do. Our coaches are with us for the entire Camp so you have ample opportunity for one-on-one coaching and discussion outside of the official Workshops.

Please Note: Base Camp is Bright Velo Hotel. cycleWELL has the Hotel’s accommodation exclusively booked from 2pm Thursday 19th March to enable Camp attendees to arrive and check-in the night before the Official Camp Itinerary commences.

There is a choice of both hotel room (triple share) and Dormitory Style Accommodation. *Contact us for further information.

A BBQ dinner and drinks will be provided from 6pm on the Thursday night.

Day 1

Friday March 20, 2020

7.00am: Breakfast and Introduction to cycleWELL Team and overview of Camp Itinerary.

Activities for Day 1 include:

  • Group Ride and skills coaching (Ride Route: TBC. Road or Trail Ride, approx 2 hours plus coffee).

  • Personal Performance and Leadership Workshop. (Guest coach TBC)

  • Womens Physical Health Through The Lifespan’ Presentation and Q&A.

  • Bike-fit checks and complete bike fit’s with Scott from BikeFitPhysio.

  • Mental Health Screenings with qualified practitioner.

  • Health Screening with Nurse Health Practitioner.

Day 2

Saturday March 21, 2020

7.00am - 7.30: Breakfast, Itinerary & Rider Briefing.

Activities for Day 2 include:

  • Group Ride and skills coaching (Ride Route: TBC - will be the main road ride and will include climbing!).

  • Emotional Health, Relationships and Communication workshop.

  • Healthy Lifestyle Workshop with qualified Health Coach.

  • Cycling Workshop and open Q&A including; Event Training and preparation, Periodisation and strength training, bike set-up and bike fit, cycling specific stretching and ‘open mike’ Q&A.

  • Non-cycling ‘open mike’ Q&A with guest coaches. (Ask the coaches anything!)

  • Bike-fit checks and complete bike fit’s with Scott from BikeFitPhysio.

  • Mental Health Screenings with qualified practitioner.

  • Health Screening with Nurse Health Practitioner.

Day 3

Sunday March 22, 2020

7.00am - 7.30: Breakfast, Itinerary & Rider Briefing.

Official Activities for Day 3 include:

  • Recovery ride and skills coaching (Ride Route: Road OR trail recovery ride).

  • Summary and wrap-up of the Official Coaching sessions and key ‘next steps’ with the coaches.
