What is included in the Ticket Price?

  • Over 30 hours of structured content and coaching delivered by experts including professional cycling coaching, mental and physical health and wellbeing, and personal leadership and performance.

  • Accommodation (3 nights - Thursday to Saturday - and late checkout on Sunday)

  • 4 x Supported Group Rides (sag wagon and mechanical support provided) with on and off-road ride options and basic skills coaching.

Please Note: Base Camp is Alpine Fitness Centre. cycleWELL has the Centre’s accommodation exclusively booked from 2pm Thursday 24th October to enable Camp attendees to arrive and check-in the night before the Official Camp Itinerary commences.

There will be an optional group ride planned on the Thursday afternoon. This ride may be a trail/gravel ride or on the road. All Camp attendees will be welcome to join this ride if they are able to get to Camp in time (Ride will leave base camp at 4pm and be approx 2 hours).

Day 1

Friday October 25, 2019

7.00am: Breakfast and Introduction to cyclewell Team and overview of Camp Itinerary.

Activities for Day 1 include:

  • Group Ride and skills coaching (Ride Route: Tawonga Gap OR Trail Ride).

  • Personal Performance and Leadership Workshop with Paul O’Brien - Managing Director of Leadership Matters.

  • Men’s Health Through The Lifespan’ Presentation and Q&A.

  • Bike-fit checks and complete bike fit’s with Scott from BikeFitPhysio.

  • Mental Health Screenings with Men’s Toolbox.

  • Health Screening with Dave - Men’s Nurse Health Practitioner.

Day 2

Saturday October 26, 2019

7.00am - 7.30: Breakfast, Itinerary & Rider Briefing.

Activities for Day 2 include:

  • Group Ride and skills coaching (Ride Route: Mt Buffalo).

  • Mental Health, Relationships and Communication workshop with Men’s Toolbox.

  • Cycling Workshop and open Q&A including; Event Training and preparation, Periodisation and strength training, bike set-up and bike fit, cycling specific stretching and ‘open mike’ Q&A.

  • Non-cycling ‘open mike’ Q&A with Paul O’Brien and Men’s Toolbox.

  • Bike-fit checks and complete bike fit’s with Scott from BikeFitPhysio.

  • Mental Health Screenings with Men’s Toolbox.

  • Health Screening with Dave - Men’s Nurse Health Practitioner.

Day 3

Sunday October 27, 2019

7.00am - 7.30: Breakfast, Itinerary & Rider Briefing.

Official Activities for Day 3 include:

  • Recovery ride and skills coaching (Ride Route: Myrtleford via road OR a trail ride).

  • Summary and wrap-up of the Official Coaching sessions and key ‘next steps’ with the coaches.

  • Mental Health Screenings with Men’s Toolbox.
